If you purchase pre-order items together with other in-stock products, all items will be shipped together on the pre-order item's shipping date.

It depends on the location. Orders may take 2–3 business days to arrive. For international shipping, it may take approximately 7 to 16 days. Details about your shipment are included in the order confirmation email.

Since the package is shipped via Rakuten Super Logistics, the sender listed on the Yu-Pack missed delivery notice will be "Rakuten." To request redelivery, please scan the QR code or contact Japan Post's automated phone service.

You can download a PDF receipt from the confirmation email we send after your order.

To display your company name on the receipt, please enter it in the company name field on the checkout page. This information will be reflected on the receipt.

Order Cancellation/Alteration Due to Customer's Convenience (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order from your purchase history within 30 minutes of placing it, regardless of the reason.

Please note that we do not accept order cancellations or alterations due to customer convenience if more than 30 minutes have passed since the order was placed. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons based on customer convenience if the product itself is not defective. (Damage to the packaging, box, or wrapping materials does not qualify as a product defect.)

➤ If the product is defective:
Our reporting period is within 2 days after the product's arrival. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period. Please email us at info@overcoat.jp with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect. Upon confirmation, one of the following will apply:
a. We will ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
b. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
c. If you prefer a refund, we will process it accordingly.

➤ Refunds (if applicable):
Once your order number is verified, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

➤ Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first recheck your payment method. If all information is correct, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. For payment methods other than credit cards, please contact your financial institution. If you still have not received the refund after taking these steps, contact us at info@overcoat.jp.
