■ Shipping fees

We offer free shipping nationwide within Japan.

■ About the purchase contract

By clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page, the customer confirms that they are placing the order after agreeing to our Terms of Service, all applicable policies, and our Sales & Resale Policy.

For products sold by OVERcoat JAPAN: when you click “Place Order,” an automated email will be sent to notify you that we have received your order.

The purchase contract is formed when we send the email notifying you that the product has been dispatched (shipment confirmation email).

■ Delivery service

Storage, packing, and fulfillment are handled by OVERcoat JAPAN, and domestic deliveries are made via Sagawa Express.
※ Delivery time slots cannot be selected. Thank you for your understanding.

■ Shipping method

Shipping methods are determined by our store, and customers generally cannot choose a shipping method.

■ Shipping / delivery time

  • Orders placed by the end of the day will be shipped the following day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped according to the schedule listed on each product page. After the scheduled shipping date, processing may take up to 4 business days.

※ Delays may occur due to natural disasters, large-scale events, remote islands, and certain regions.

International shipping: typically takes 7–16 days.
International shipping is limited to personal use only. If resale/export intent is suspected, we may request verification, place the shipment on hold, or cancel the order at our discretion (see Sales/Resale Policy).
Please refer to the order confirmation email for detailed shipping estimates.

■ Tracking information

  • Once your order has been processed for shipment, we will send a separate “Shipment Confirmation” email including your tracking number.
  • Clicking the tracking number will open the Sagawa Express tracking page.
  • Tracking updates may take time to appear. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be reflected in Sagawa Express’ system.
  • Delivery time cannot be specified.

■ Out-of-stock situations / inability to ship / cancellations

While we make every effort to manage inventory accurately, we may be unable to fulfill items due to order surges, restock delays, production/transport issues, system display discrepancies, inspection results, damage, etc.

In such cases, we may, at our discretion, take one or more of the following actions:
(1) cancel all or part of the order;
(2) adjust quantities;
(3) change the shipping schedule;
(4) split shipments (multiple packages).

If an order is canceled, refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method. We do not assume liability for damages to the customer beyond the extent permitted by applicable law where cancellation occurs due to out-of-stock issues, etc.

For pre-order items, backorders, and early reservations, the displayed estimated shipping date may be subject to change.

■ Changes/cancellations/address corrections (before shipment)

For cancellations and order changes, please refer to our Refund Policy.

■ Important notice

We do not accept any changes to the billing address after an order is completed, for the reasons below:

1) Accounting records and Japan’s Invoice system compliance
Japanese tax compliance requires accurate information at the time of transaction. Changing billing information later may undermine accounting consistency and create risk of improper tax handling.

2) Security and fraud prevention
Post-order address changes increase the risk of unauthorized use and data tampering, and may lead to fraudulent payments or delivery issues. Therefore, we do not accept such changes.

■ Address and name entry (please confirm before purchase)

  • Please enter your address accurately, including street number, building name, and room/apartment number.
  • Please enter your full legal name as shown on your identification (e.g., driver’s license).
  • We do not accept orders under nicknames or false names.

■ If you use Apple Pay / Shop Pay / Google Pay

The shipping address registered in these services is applied automatically. Please confirm that the registered information is correct before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

■ Damage during shipping

Outer boxes (shipping cartons and product packaging) and packing materials may have scratches or dents. If the product itself is not defective or damaged, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

■ Pre-order items

  • Items purchased via pre-order will be shipped within 4 business days after the fixed shipping date stated on the product page.
  • If ordered together with other items, all items will be shipped together based on the pre-order item’s shipping date.

※ Depending on the release date, delivery by a requested date may not be possible.
※ The fixed shipping date may change due to restock delays, etc.

■ If delivery is missed

If you wish to request redelivery, please use the QR code on the missed-delivery notice or contact Sagawa Express using the contact details shown on the notice.
