What payment methods are available?
You can use credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPay.
What is the pre-order process?
If you purchase pre-order items together with other in-stock products, all items will be shipped together on the pre-order item's shipping date.
How long does it take to process an order?
We will process and ship your order within 4 days after payment confirmation.
How is shipping handled?
Orders are shipped via Rakuten Super Logistics and delivered by Japan Post. *Please note that delivery times cannot be specified. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.
How long does it take for the ordered items to arrive?
It depends on the location. Orders may take 2–3 business days to arrive. For international shipping, it may take approximately 7 to 16 days. Details about your shipment are included in the order confirmation email.
How can I receive my package if I was absent during the delivery?
Since the package is shipped via Rakuten Super Logistics, the sender listed on the Yu-Pack missed delivery notice will be "Rakuten." To request redelivery, please scan the QR code or contact Japan Post's automated phone service.
How to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order from the purchase history within 30 minutes of placing it, regardless of the reason. However, we do not accept cancellations for customer convenience after 30 minutes have passed. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
How can I refund/return my order?
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons based on customer convenience if the product itself is not defective. (Damage to the packaging, box, or wrapping materials does not qualify as a product defect.)
➤ If the product is defective:
Our reporting period is within 2 days after the product's arrival. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period. Please email us at info@overcoat.jp with your order number and photographic evidence of the defect. Upon confirmation, one of the following will apply:
a. We will ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
b. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
c. If you prefer a refund, we will process it accordingly.

Once your order number is verified, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
➤ Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first recheck your payment method. If all information is correct, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
