What payment methods are available?
You can use credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, au Pay or convenience store payment.
What is the pre-order process?
If you purchase pre-order items together with other in-stock products, all items will be shipped together on the pre-order item's shipping date.
How long does it take to process an order?
We will process and ship your order within 4 days after payment confirmation.
How is shipping handled?
Orders are processed for shipment by OVERcoat and dispatched via Sagawa Express. *Please note that delivery times cannot be specified. For more details, please refer to our shipping policy.
Please double-check before placing your order:
Make sure to fill in your full and correct address, including banchi (house number), building name, and room number if applicable.
Use your full legal name as it appears on your driver's license or ID.
Nicknames or fake names are not accepted.
If you pay using Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay, please confirm that your address and name are correctly registered on those services before completing your order.
We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by incorrect information.
How long does it take for the ordered items to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery address. Our standard processing time is up to 4 business days, after which delivery generally takes 1–2 days (3–4 days for remote islands and certain areas).

※ In the event of natural disasters, major events, or deliveries to remote islands and certain areas, delays may occur.
For international shipping, it may take 7–16 days, depending on location.

How can I receive my package if I was absent during the delivery?
If you would like to request redelivery, please scan the QR code printed on the missed delivery notice or contact Sagawa Express using the contact details shown on the notice.
Where can I find the receipt?
After you place an order, you can download your receipt (PDF) from the “Order Confirmation” email.
You can also view and download your receipt by logging in (Shopify Shop account) and accessing your customer profile / order history.
If you need your company name shown on the receipt, please enter your company details in the “Company” field during checkout before completing the purchase.
Please note that changes made after the order is placed may not be reflected on the receipt.
Can I check my order history?
You can check your order history by logging in with the email address used at the time of purchase.
To log in, on a PC, click the "Profile" icon at the top right of the screen.
On a smartphone, open the menu and tap "Account."
How to cancel/change my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Support within 10 minutes of placing the order.
After 10 minutes, due to system processing, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to the order details. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I refund/return my order?
When a cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed through Shopify’s payment system.
Refund process:
- Refund request submitted by OVERcoat to the payment processor
- Processing by the credit card company or payment service
- Typically reflected in your statement within 3–10 business days
*Depending on billing cycles or processing times, the refund may appear on the next statement.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. If you are interested, please contact us through our Customer Support page. International shipping fees will apply separately.

If a product is purchased outside official channels, we may not be able to provide after-sales support for that item.
