■About the purchase contract
By clicking the “Place Order” button on the checkout page, the customer confirms that they are placing the order after agreeing to our Terms of Service, all applicable policies, and our Sales & Resale Policy.
For products sold by OVERcoat JAPAN: when you click “Place Order,” an automated email will be sent to notify you that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is formed when we send the email notifying you that the product has been dispatched (shipment confirmation email).
Payment Methods:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), online payments (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, au Pay, merpay, Paidy), or convenience store payment (konbini).
Payment Timing:
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed. Debit/billing dates follow the rules of each payment provider.
Shipping Method:
Domestic delivery is handled by Sagawa Express. We cannot guarantee delivery time accuracy.
Delivery Time (Shipment):
Orders placed by the end of the day will be shipped the following day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the schedule listed on each product page. After the scheduled shipping date, processing may take up to 4 business days.
Tracking information
Once your order has been processed for shipment, we will send a separate “Shipment Confirmation” email including your tracking number.
- Clicking the tracking number will open the Sagawa Express tracking page.
- Tracking updates may take time to appear. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be reflected in Sagawa Express’ system.
- Delivery time cannot be specified.
■Cancellations and Changes
- Within 10 minutes after order confirmation: cancellation/changes are available free of charge.
- After 10 minutes: if you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact customer support. A cancellation fee of ¥700 may apply.
※ The store may, at its discretion, cancel all or part of an order, or change quantities/shipping timing, for reasons such as out-of-stock situations, fraud prevention, resale prevention, and shipment decisions to ensure proper distribution.
※ If the store cancels due to store reasons (out of stock, unable to ship, fraudulent order/anti-resale measures, etc.), no cancellation fee will apply.
※ We do not accept changes to the billing address (see Shipping Policy). If needed, please cancel and place a new order.

Only unopened and unused items are eligible. Please contact us by email within 8 days of delivery.
Company responsibility:
If the issue is due to our responsibility (wrong item, initial defect, shipping damage, etc.), we will handle the return/exchange at our expense. Please contact us by email within 8 days of delivery.
