The DETAILER PROGRAM was created for professionals and businesses who rely on consistent, real-world performance every day—detailers, workshops, and operations that use high-performance products as part of their routine. As a member, you receive exclusive advantages and special conditions to integrate OVERcoat into your service with greater efficiency and predictability.

1. Program purpose
The DETAILER PROGRAM is intended for professionals working in the automotive detailing industry, including detailing, car washing, coating application, polishing, and interior cleaning.
The purpose of this program is to allow continued access to our products for professional use under special conditions.

2. Eligibility
This program is strictly limited to individuals who actually work in automotive detailing, including services such as detailing, washing, coating, polishing, and interior cleaning.
Individuals whose interest is only personal use, hobby use, private use, or who do not professionally work in the automotive detailing field are not eligible.

3. Member benefit
Members of the DETAILER PROGRAM will always receive 10 percent off purchases made on the official website overcoat.jp.
Regardless of whether the website is running campaigns, promotions, or discounts, members of the DETAILER PROGRAM will always be entitled to the 10 percent discount provided under this program.

4. Use limitation
Products purchased through the DETAILER PROGRAM are strictly for the member’s own professional use in their business activities.
This program is designed for professional-use purchases only and not for resale purchasing.

5. Sales and resale

• 5.1 Prohibition of sales and resale
  Members of the DETAILER PROGRAM are not granted any right to sell or resell our products.
  Any sale, resale, or commercial distribution of products purchased through this program is strictly prohibited.
  This includes, without limitation, marketplaces, resale apps, social media, independent websites, physical stores, events, and business-to-business sales.
• 5.2 If resale is desired
  If a person wishes to sell or resell our products, they must submit a separate application for the RESELLER PROGRAM.
  The DETAILER PROGRAM and the RESELLER PROGRAM are independent programs.
  Each program requires its own application and review process, and approval for one program does not mean automatic approval for the other.
  Anyone wishing to participate for commercial resale purposes must apply for the RESELLER PROGRAM.
  Likewise, anyone wishing to receive the benefits of the DETAILER PROGRAM for professional use in automotive detailing must apply separately for the DETAILER PROGRAM.
  Depending on the review, an applicant may be approved for only one of the programs or for both.
• 5.3 Giving products to clients
  It is permitted to give products to clients free of charge as part of a service provided.
  However, any arrangement that constitutes indirect sales, disguised resale, or supply for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. Action in case of violation
If unauthorized sales, unauthorized resale, or any use contrary to the purpose of this program is identified, OVERcoat may, without prior notice, remove the participant from the DETAILER PROGRAM and refuse future orders.

7. Active membership requirement
To maintain active membership status, the member must place at least 4 orders within a 12-month period.
If this requirement is not met, the program benefits may be suspended or revoked.

8. Social media requirements
Participants must have a business Instagram account.
Following OVERcoat’s official Instagram account is also mandatory.
When using our products, participants are asked to cooperate by mentioning the OVERcoat account in their posts whenever possible.

9. Publication on the official website
After the first purchase, the participant’s business information, including address, phone number, email, and social media accounts, may be published on the official OVERcoat website.

10. Orders
Orders may only be placed through the official website overcoat.jp.
Participants may freely choose the types and quantities of products they wish to purchase.

11. Prices and stock
Prices and stock availability must be checked on the official website.
Prices and stock levels may be changed without prior notice.

12. Changes to the rules
OVERcoat may, for operational, commercial, legal, or other reasons, review, update, amend, temporarily suspend, or terminate the DETAILER PROGRAM at any time, including its rules, benefits, and participation requirements.
If any changes are made, the company may notify participants by email, through the official website, or through other official channels.
Use of the program benefits after the effective date of such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
